With the return of spring, nature is awakening: grasses, plants and flowers are coming back to life and transforming the landscape. On this walk, your guide will introduce you to the art of recognising plants by their shapes, colours and scents, while revealing their little-known uses.
You'll learn to take a fresh look at what we mistakenly call "weeds" and discover how to incorporate them into your everyday life, whether for culinary, medicinal or aromatic uses. Berries, buds, leaves, petals... a fascinating world of plants opens up to you.
A friendly and informative outing, led by the Association Les Amis du Marais de Sacy et Alentours.
